Marley community church

Pastoral Staff

Allan became the pastor of Marley Community Church in June, 1985.

 

Allan's education and theological training began at Judson College in Elgin, Illinois, where he earned his B.A. in Christian Religion and Philosophy in 1978.  Allan earned his Masters of Divinity degree from Northern Baptist Seminary in Lombard, Illinois in June, 1986.  He was ordained in October, 1986.

 

Before seminary, Allan worked for Youth for Christ in Ypsilanti, Michigan for four years.

                

Allan has been married to Mary Jane for 30 years (1975) and they have raised two sons, Kyle and Joshua.

Andrea mercier

Andrea is from Aledo, IL where she attended the 1st Baptist Church of Aledo.

 

Andrea graduated from Trinity Christian College in May, 2206 with a B.A. in Church and Ministry Leadership.  Andrea is currently attending Northern Seminary and plans to graduate in 2011 with a Masters of Divinity.

 

Upon graduation, Andrea hopes to work with women on may spiritual levels.

 

Andrea has been married to Michael since July 15, 2006.
